Role Overview We are seeking an experiencedSenior Go Developerwith at least 7 years of professional experience to join our growing team.

As part of our remote-first company, you will collaborate with highly skilled professionals across the globe to design and build robust, scalable Saa S solutions that transform the recruitment landscape.

Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Go-based applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and deliver new features.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure reliability and stability.

Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.

Work effectively in a fully remote setup, adhering to EU time zone working hours.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer,or similar role with experience in both backend and frontend technologies.

Technical Skills: Backend : Proficiency inGotechnologies, and practical knowledge of internet technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, and XML.

Strong understanding of design patterns, multi-threaded programming, and service-oriented architectures including REST and JSON.

Nice-to-Have : Experience with AI or machine learning projects.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
