Senior Lead Software Engineer com foco em backend, liderança de arquitetura e APIs na AWS, com possibilidade de colaboração em front-end React conforme necessário.
AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2/ECS/EKS, S3, IAM); NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB); Node.js; Desenvolvimento de APIs; Serverless / DevOps; Front-end React/React Native (quando necessário); Boas práticas de segurança e compliance Experiência em HealthTech ou integrações clínicas; Desenvolvimento frontend com React/Electron/Next.js/React Native; Offline-first; Contêineres e orquestração (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS); Funcionalidades alimentadas por IA (transcrição, sumarização, chatbots, integrações com LLM); Infra-as-code (CI/CD, Terraform, CDK); Arquiteturas orientadas a eventos; Segurança e conformidade (HIPAA, SOC 2, LGPD); Observabilidade (Sentry, Datadog, Prometheus)
