This is a critical role focused on ensuring the stability, resilience, security, and scalability of mission-critical systems in a highly regulated environment.

You will collaborate closely with platform, development, security, and risk teams to deliver operational excellence and maintain high standards of availability and compliance across core financial services.🔧 What You Will DoDesign, operate, and continuously improve high-availability systems for financial platformsDefine and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets aligned with business needsEnsure 24/7 system reliability, meeting strict uptime, latency, and data integrity requirementsLead incident response, Major Incident Management (MIM), and post-incident reviewsBuild and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworksAutomate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational workflowsPartner with security and risk teams to meet regulatory and audit requirementsContribute to disaster recovery, resilience, and business continuity strategiesMentor engineers and drive SRE culture and best practices✅ RequirementsSolid experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure EngineeringStrong experience managing mission-critical production systemsSolid expertise in Linux systems and networkingHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestrationStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)Expertise in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, etc.)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationProficiency in at least one language (Python, Go, or Bash)Strong understanding of reliability engineering and operational risk⭐ Nice to HaveExperience in banking, corporate finance, or capital marketsFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.)Experience with high-volume transactional systemsKnowledge of disaster recovery, BCP, and active-active architecturesExperience working in international or distributed teams📍Work ModelHybrid (up to 3 days onsite – Morumbi, São Paulo) 📍What We OfferCareer path, mentorship, and training in modern recruiting practices.
