About the Role As a Software Engineer , you’ll join a growing engineering team building and evolving core banking products used by customers every day.
This is a long-term role suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys working across modern backend systems while contributing to mobile and frontend experiences where needed.
You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure software solutions.

Requisitos
- This is a long-term role suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys working across modern backend systems while contributing to mobile and frontend experiences where needed
- 5+ years total professional software development experience
- Clojure – 2+ years:
- Hands‑on experience building and maintaining backend systems in Clojure
- React Native – 1+ year:
- Experience contributing to mobile application development
- Type Script – 1+ year:
- Experience working with typed JavaScript in frontend or mobile environments
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, testing, and maintainability
- Experience working in collaborative, cross‑functional product teams
- Comfortable operating at a mid to senior level, taking ownership of features and contributing to technical decisions
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments
- Exposure to mobile‑first or customer‑facing applications at scale
- Familiarity with functional programming principles beyond Clojure
- Experience improving developer workflows, tooling, or engineering practices
- Interest in long‑term product development and growing with the platform over time

- Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code that meets engineering and security standards
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decision‑making
- Help identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical debt
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tooling, and system reliability
- Work effectively within an agile team, delivering iteratively and responding to evolving priorities
