What you'll doThe Solutions Architect partners with our field sales team to discover and understand customer business challenges, complex processes, and architectural landscapes in order to build world-class integrated solutions leveraging Docusign's Agreement Cloud platform and partner ecosystem.


Through engaging stories and custom-built demonstrations, the Solutions Architect illustrates the value and benefits of modernising a prospect's System of Agreement via the Docusign offering.


This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Regional Delivery Customer Success.


ResponsibilityCollaborate with the field sales team to cultivate and secure net-new business within an assigned territory and targeted accountsDrive bigger, faster, and more repeatable complex and strategic deals by delivering improved go to market and enablement resourcesUncover, comprehend, and document complex business challenges, processes, and enterprise architectureEngage in meaningful business and technical conversations, sharing industry insights, points of views with key stakeholders from all levels and business units within large enterprise organisationsEstablish technical credibility and build confidence in recommended solutions leveraging your product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical Qamp;A, business process diagrams, and product roadmap discussionsArticulate selected recommendations and the business value they provide to diverse audiencesWork collaboratively with sales partners and other internal teams to provide a world class buying experienceProvide technical and strategic guidanceSupport Solutions Consultants on defining solutions and building tailored demonstrationsFacilitate scalable approach to Customer POCs and trialsStandardise demo environments and “standard demo” approach for SC teamEnhance CLM demo environments to support broader go to marketHelp drive demo excellenceSupport marketing to increase quality of content at different stages of deal cycleConduct deal post-mortems and case studiesBuild increased confidence in approaching CLM deals for AEsDefine best practices for deal strategy and competitive differentiationEnhance engagement model for services/SI selling/joint sellingJob DesignationRemote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.


Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.

What you bringBasic5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role selling enterprise level softwareBS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experienceAbility to travel 40% or more as neededPreferredStrong communicator, articulate the company vision, strategic messages, and use casesStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projectsExperience with SAP and SalesforceExperience working with employees at all levels of an organisationExperience with Contract Lifecycle Management and/or ERP, CRM, and ECM systemsExperience with software system configuration and integrationExperience with system integration methods: web services, SOAP APIs and REST APIsExperience with HTML, XML, and structured dataExperience with electronic signature conceptsLife at DocusignWorking hereDocusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
