Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Build and optimize REST APIs and cloud-based solutions focused on performance, reliability, and security.
• Integrate AI-driven functionalities, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering strategies, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative software solutions.
• Lead the implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure and AI integrations within AWS environments.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the design of reliable and future-ready systems.
• Mentor development teams on full-stack best practices, software quality, and AI implementation approaches.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI-related components.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews and promote high coding standards, maintainability, and knowledge sharing across teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer working with modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs or building AI-powered applications using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services, including DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda, S3, and IAM.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and software monitoring strategies.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector is considered a plus.
• Experience with Braze, Segment, or marketing automation integrations is desirable.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset.
