Job Description We are looking for a motivated Staff Software Engineer to join our CDX Platform team, which powers critical security and control features for our enterprise clients.

This team is responsible for Identity & Access Management (IAM), Dual Approval workflows, and Audit capabilities within our Control Center platform.

As part of this team, you will help build and maintain secure, scalable systems that allow businesses to manage user access, enforce compliance, and ensure operational integrity.

These tools enable clients to perform essential tasks like approving sensitive actions, tracking changes, and safeguarding their environments.

You will work in a cloud-first, global fintech company that is partnering with major clients and shaping the future of financial technology.

What you'll do: Develop and maintain projects using the Go language with deployment on AWS following best software engineering practices.

Use Terraform to provision, maintain, and evolve AWS infrastructure.

Consistently leads their squad to good outcomes from a technical perspective, ensuring appropriate engineering decisions are made to factor in technical debt, systems design, stability/reliability, monitoring/observability, and business need.

Proactively contributes to the betterment of other engineers in the company, through sponsoring, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.

Contribute to the technical design and architecture decisions within the squad.

Operate in a highly documented environment, with a focus on clear and transparent communication.

Promote cross-team collaboration and act as a technical reference to share knowledge and drive alignment across squads.

This is a remote position.

A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location.
