Role Description This is a contract-based, remote role for an AI, AT, IT Support Specialist.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support, resolve hardware and software issues, assist with troubleshooting for desktop computers and various devices, and offer help desk support to internal and external stakeholders.
You will ensure seamless operations of the IT infrastructure while maintaining a customer-focused approach to addressing inquiries and technical problems.

Requisitos
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to address customer and team inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across various platforms and systems
- Deep understanding of Desktop Computers and Information Technology best practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in AI or assistive technologies (AT) support is highly advantageous
