From early warning, to threat neutralisation, our platforms cover all levels from very short-range systems, to extended protection across the entire battle-space including Airspace Mobility Solutions, Vehicles and Tactical Systems and Missile Defence, Optronics, and Radar.


System Engineer FSMThis position is hybrid model in our São Bernardo do Campo unit.


Position SummaryProfessional responsible for providing on-site service to the customer, ensuring prompt and high-quality interventions in accordance with established commitments on responsiveness, periodicity, duration, and service standards.


He or she conducts health checks on various hardware solutions such as radar, electro-optical systems (EOS), VHF radios, and others, while also delivering on-the-job training (OJT) to customer personnel.


The role requires strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize and report issues internally as well as to document specific troubleshooting procedures for the customer’s use.


The engineer proactively proposes action plans and troubleshooting methodologies to resolve issues, including coordination with external support resources when necessary, ensuring continuous system performance and customer satisfaction.


Fluency in English is essential for both technical reporting and effective customer interaction.


Key Areas of ResponsibilityProvide on-site service to the customer, in line with quality commitments, response time, and duration of interventionPerform technical health checks on different hardware solutions, such as radar, EOS, and VHFDeliver on-the-job training (OJT) to the customer’s teamCommunicate and clearly report technical issues to internal teamsDevelop and document specific procedures to help the customer troubleshoot on sitePropose action plans and methodologies to diagnose and resolve faults, involving external support when necessaryEnsure the continuity and proper performance of coastal surveillance systemsGuarantee customer satisfaction in all technical interactionsWillingness/ability to travel regularly for work, including internationally Minimum QualificationsBachelors in electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related field.


Focus on profiles with self-organization and great rapport and communication with peers.


Advanced / Fluent EnglishBasic Office PackageAbility to use laboratory tools (vector and scalar network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, noise figure meters, CW and pulsed RF signal power meters, modulation analyzers, oscilloscope;Notions of digital and analog hardware and antennasFamiliarity with EOS/VHF systemsFamiliarity with networked and Linux systems;Availability to travel.
