Tech Lead JavaScript FullStack Developer Brazil Software Engineer Lead Important Information Location: Brazil Job Mode: Full-time Work Mode: Work from home Job Summary As the Tech Lead for our JavaScript/TypeScript full‑stack team, you will guide technical direction, drive architectural decisions, and serve as a key technical counterpart to our client stakeholders.

You’ll be a great contributor to the code quality and security aspects, while actively coaching engineers to deepen the team’s expertise in our core stack.

You’ll be hands-on and equally strong in communication—facilitating technical discussions, translating business needs into technical plans, and ensuring we commit secure, scalable, and high‑quality solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties • As a technical lead, be a reference when communicating with the team and stakeholders (including the client);

Essential Skills • Broad experience with full stack development based in JavaScript;

Highly Desirable Skills • Knowledge about agile software development;
