Tech Solutions Lead

This role sits at the intersection of solution architecture, engineering delivery, and AI-driven innovation, supporting the design and execution of scalable, enterprise-grade systems for complex client environments. You will act as a key technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating requirements into robust, production-ready architectures. The position combines hands-on technical work with strategic consulting, allowing you to influence both solution design and implementation. You will contribute directly to proof-of-concepts, architecture decisions, and AI-enabled development initiatives. Operating in a fast-evolving digital and generative AI landscape, you will help shape modern engineering practices across multiple client engagements. Accountabilities

You will be responsible for designing scalable end-to-end technical solutions, supporting delivery teams, and driving innovation through AI and modern engineering practices.

• Design and document enterprise solution architectures aligned with business, security, and scalability requirements
• Define and recommend technology stacks, including AI platforms and modern development tooling
• Translate architectural designs into working systems in collaboration with engineering teams
• Participate in hands-on development, debugging, code reviews, and technical problem-solving
• Lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development to validate solution approaches
• Apply AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, agents, copilots) to accelerate engineering and experimentation
• Engage with stakeholders through workshops and discovery sessions to shape technical solutions
• Contribute to CI/CD practices, observability, testing strategies, and engineering best practices
• Support technical proposals, solution design discussions, and cross-functional alignment
• Ensure architectural consistency across projects while improving reusable patterns and frameworks
  
  

Requirements

This role requires a strong blend of software engineering expertise, architectural thinking, and communication skills, with hands-on experience in modern development and AI technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in software engineering and solution architecture roles
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with modern engineering practices including CI/CD, DevOps, and testing
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments
• Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, generative AI tools, or agent-based systems
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages, with API development experience
• Ability to build prototypes, production systems, and proof-of-concepts
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and consulting teams
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and ability to apply them in real-world solutions
• Experience with data platforms or AI tooling (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, OpenAI APIs) is a plus
