What you need to have

• College degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar;
• 5+ years of experience in production support or related roles;
• Strong experience with L1/L2 support in banking environments;
• Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Shell scripting, and log analysis;
• Familiarity in using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Autosys.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, PL-SQL, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible;
• Familiarity with banking interfaces, APIs, and middleware;
• Availability to work in 24/7 shift rotation (weekends and public holidays included);
• Excellent English skills (B2+);
• Availability to relocate to Portugal with our support.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with batch processing, reconciliations, and end-of-day operations;
• Experience with core banking operations (Retail Banking, Treasury, Payments, Wealth Securities);
