You will join a data-driven and highly collaborative environment focused on transforming complex business challenges into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with business teams to understand operational needs and translate them into data-driven models, insights, and decision-support systems. You will contribute to the development of mathematical models and analytical frameworks that help optimize processes and improve business performance at scale. The position requires strong analytical thinking, programming skills, and the ability to work with large-scale datasets in production environments. You will also play a key role in defining best practices and supporting the evolution of data science and analytics capabilities across the organization. Accountabilities

• Partner with business areas to understand challenges, validate analytical solutions, and translate needs into data-driven models.
• Develop mathematical models, statistical algorithms, and optimization approaches to support decision-making processes.
• Build and maintain analytical solutions using Python, SQL, and large-scale data processing tools.
• Work with massive datasets (TB-scale), ensuring performance and scalability in data manipulation and modeling.
• Contribute to the definition of standards and best practices for analytics, modeling, and data science within the organization.
• Support the industrialization and productionization of machine learning or optimization models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytical solutions are aligned with business strategy.
• Participate in technical discussions to improve data architecture, modeling approaches, and decision frameworks.
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of machine learning techniques and/or statistical inference methods, or optimization and decision modeling under uncertainty.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including software engineering best practices.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data processing (preferably PySpark).
• Experience handling and modeling large datasets in production environments (TB-scale or similar).
• Familiarity with deploying or operationalizing analytical or machine learning models is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines and modern software delivery practices is desirable.
• English proficiency for technical reading and documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented profile with strong ownership.
