Analista de DevOps Sênior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de DevOps Sênior based in Brazil.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of mission-critical cloud-based systems in a fast-paced, global environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust DevOps practices that support high-performance applications and distributed architectures. Working closely with engineering teams, you will help design resilient infrastructure, improve deployment processes, and enhance system observability. The position requires a strong focus on automation, container orchestration, and cloud-native technologies to ensure operational excellence. You will also contribute to security best practices, ensuring compliance and protection across environments. In addition, you will play an active role in promoting DevOps culture and continuous improvement across teams. This is a highly technical and strategic role with direct impact on platform stability and scalability.

Accountabilities

• mplement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure full visibility of system health and proactively identify and resolve incidents.
• Design, optimize, and maintain scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure to support high-performance applications.
• Manage cloud security tools and practices, ensuring compliance with security policies and protection of systems and data.
• Develop and enhance observability tools (metrics, logs, alerts) to support continuous improvement of infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure infrastructure availability and optimized environments for development and production.
• Lead container orchestration using Kubernetes, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability of workloads.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Support architecture decisions by providing DevOps expertise focused on performance, resilience, and operational efficiency.
• Promote DevOps culture by encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices across teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and industry trends.
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced English (spoken and written), as reporting and communication will be in English.
• Strong experience with AWS services such as S3, EC2, RDS, Route 53, and EKS.
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and AlertManager.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases and Git version control.
• Proven experience working in DevOps or SRE environments in cloud-based architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or Java is considered a differential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, global teams.
