Overview of the Role

The Android Application Developer will design and build mobile solutions for the Android platform, focusing on creating robust, intuitive applications that deliver exceptional user experiences through innovative technological implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and building applications for the Android platform using Kotlin or Java.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Working with outside data sources and APIs to create seamless mobile experiences.

- Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

- Fixing bugs and improving application performance to ensure the best user experience.

- Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3+ years of Android development

- SDK: Experience with Android SDK and different versions of Android

- APIs: Understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app integration

- Programming: Knowledge of languages such as Kotlin or Java

- Version Control: Familiarity with systems, preferably Git

- Design: Experience with UI design principles and patterns for mobile applications

- Language: Advanced level of English
