We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform, working across modules and integrations to deliver scalable workflows for our clients.

What you will

• doDevelop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules.
• Build client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions using JavaScript.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Configure and maintain ITSM, ITOM, HR, or CSM modules (as applicable).
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring performance and stability.
• Collaborate with functional analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and best practices.
• Availability to relocate to Portugal with our support.

What you need to

• haveStrong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform (client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes).
• Experience with Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, etc.)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and workflow/flow designer.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Angular (for Service Portal customization)
• ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, or module-specific) is a plus
