We are looking for Application Support and Production Operations Specialist, who wants to learn and transform their career.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Provide L2/L3 Application Support for business-critical production environments;
• Administer and support Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security;
• Monitor applications, servers, and infrastructure using enterprise monitoring and observability tools;
• Lead Incident Management and Problem Management activities, ensuring timely resolution of production issues;
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents;
• Support DevOps deployment activities, release management, and change implementation processes;
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers in enterprise environments;
• Ensure compliance with security policies, vulnerability remediation, and operational best practices;
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to maintain service stability and reliability;
• Support infrastructure operations, capacity planning, performance tuning, and system optimization;
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures;
• Participate in on-call support and critical issue escalation management.
