Backend Engineer (Go) at BairesDev

As a Backend Engineer specializing in Go, you will design and develop high-concurrency microservices and infrastructure-adjacent backends. You will create the link between complex business logic and high-performance system architecture, ensuring that services are scalable, reliable, and efficient.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices and backend systems using Go.

- Build and optimize robust REST and gRPC APIs to facilitate seamless communication between distributed services.

- Implement efficient concurrency patterns to handle high-volume data processing and system traffic.

- Design and manage scalable database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL for optimal data persistence.

- Containerize applications and collaborate on deployment strategies within Docker and Kubernetes environments.

- Ensure the reliability and scalability of backend services across cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Backend Development, Software Engineering, or related fields.

- Proven expertise in developing high-concurrency microservices using Go.

- Proficiency in building and maintaining REST and gRPC APIs.

- Solid experience working with PostgreSQL and implementing concurrency patterns.

- Practical knowledge of containerization with Docker and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
