Who We Are Seeking

We seek a talented and experienced Cloud Engineer to operate and harden our design and deploy our services and network on AWS.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS utilizing Terraform/OpenTofu;
  • Automate deployment processes, infrastructure monitoring, and management;
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy;
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud services;
  • Collaborate with architects, developers and product teams to integrate DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and costs of AWS infrastructure;
  • Support cloud-native applications running on container platforms and managed services;
  • Implement monitoring, logging and observability solutions using modern tooling;
  • Manage and resolve production incidents, implementing prevention measures;
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation of infrastructure and processes;
  • Implement security practices in cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.


Essential Qualifications

  • Solid experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its services such as ECS, EC2, Lambda, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, KMS and ACM;
  • Experience with automation tools and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation);
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably with AWS CodePipeline;
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Familiarity with cloud security practices and DevSecOps;
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
  • Advanced English, both spoken and written.


Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 10 years of equivalent professional experience;
  • AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer);
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Experience working with international, cross-functional, and remote teams;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
