  • Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of cloud platform components, including landing zones, networking, identity and access management, security services, and shared tooling.
  • Enable internal teams through self‑service, automation, and standardized cloud capabilities that improve developer experience while maintaining strong security and governance controls.
  • Ensure platform reliability, availability, and operational excellence through effective monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Partner with FinOps and engineering teams to promote cost transparency, optimization, and cloud financial accountability.
  • Collaborate with Information Security and Risk teams to embed security‑by‑design principles and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across Global IT and the business to understand needs and align platform capabilities accordingly.
  • Stay current on emerging cloud technologies and platform engineering practices, evaluating and recommending innovations that improve scalability, security, and efficiency.
