Job Description: Python and Typescript Software Developer

Qualifications: Required Skills:

● Excellent communication and client relationship skills are essential.

● Strong problem-solving and proactive skills — someone who identifies bottlenecks and proposes solutions even before being asked.

● Programming: Minimum of 2 years of experience with development languages such as Python and Typescript and with the use of Agentic workflows.

● Databases: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Spanner) or NoSQL databases (e.g., BigQuery, MongoDB, Cassandra).

● Web Services: Experience consuming RESTful APIs and designing systems that conform to best architectural practices.

● Tools: Familiarity with version control, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines. ● Deep understanding of agent frameworks and how LLMs work. Desired

Skills:

● Experience with Gemini APIs (or similar).

● Experience with Google Cloud Platform (or similar).

● Knowledge of Model Context Protocol and/or Agent Workflows.

● Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

● Understanding of software design patterns and best practices. Responsibilities:

● Lead internal workshops, technical talks, or code reviews to effectively disseminate R&D findings to the team.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and update existing systems through agent workflows.

● Create and improve AI-driven processes.

● Develop, test, implement, and maintain software solutions across the technology stack. ● Ensure the application's performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

● Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

● Proactively provide feedback and write reports.
