Data Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse, clean and organize raw data from multiple sources
• Model and display data with storytelling back to the business and to the programme team
• Explain and present technical information to non-experts and support and coach users on technologies
• Produce and maintain dashboard reports on project and data migration activity
• Troubleshoot Excel related issues such as macros and linked files
• Carry out ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for related data migration projects
• Create and maintain adhoc and operational reports
• Troubleshoot data migration issues as and when required

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years working as a Data Analyst
• 2 years experience creating and deploying custom PowerBI dashboards
• Experience working on IT infrastructure projects (desirable)
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 data (desirable)
• Experience working in data migration projects and ETL processes
• Experience developing and maintaining Management Information (MI) reports

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Business/B2+ Level English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• High level of numeracy and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros/VBA)
• Strong PowerBI (PowerQuery, M, DAX)
• Microsoft Fabric
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Python Scripting skills (Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, Matplotlib)
• PowerShell scripting (desirable)
• SQL skills (desirable)
• Developer skills (desirable)
• Microsoft Dataverse (desirable)
• Microsoft Intelligent Data Platform (desirable)
• Good PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Experience working with IT systems and related projects (desirable)
• Motivated self-starter
• Personable and professional manner
