Data Engineer

We’re looking for a Data Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments.

What You Will Need To Do

• Design and build data pipelines processing millions of transactions daily.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows (Airflow, Flink, Kafka, DBT).
• Design data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures.
• Create scalable data models for BI, analytics, and machine learning.
• Own data quality frameworks, monitoring, and alerting.
• Optimize database performance, query efficiency, and infrastructure costs.
• Establish best practices for data modeling, governance, and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams globally.
• Mentor junior data engineers and review architecture decisions.

What You Will Need To Have

• 3+ years building and operating production data pipelines.
• Bachelor's in CS, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong Python and advanced SQL skills.
• Solid experience with data modeling, schema design, and warehouse architecture.
• Hands-on with ETL/ELT orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, or similar).
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Flink, Kafka, or similar).
• Experience with at least one data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, ClickHouse).
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of data governance, quality, and security principles.
• English communication skills for working with international teams.
