What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong English communication skills for collaborating with international teams.
• Proven experience leading complex data science initiatives independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Expertise in Python or R (including statistical libraries such as CausalImpact and RStan).
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake is a plus.
• Remote position based in Brazil (no relocation required).
