What are we looking for?

• Seniority (6+ years of experience) in Data Science, with a high-level individual contributor impact.
• Strong English communication skills for effective international team collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead complex data science initiatives with significant independence, impacting the Core Tech roadmap.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented and self-starter mindset.
• Ability to build compelling narratives from raw data and drive strategic influence across all levels of the organization.
• Expert proficiency in Python or R for sophisticated multi-dimensional data sets (specifically libraries like CausalImpact and RStan).
• Advanced SQL skills to confidently manipulate and structure data.
• Hands-on experience working across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity or experience working within Databricks and Snowflake environments (nice to have).
