Senior AI‑Native Frontend Engineer (Angular | 10+ Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI‑Native Frontend Engineer to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and intelligent web applications using Angular.

This role goes beyond traditional frontend development, focusing on building AI‑aware user interfaces that interact with agentic AI workflows, orchestration layers, and compliance-driven decision pipelines.

You will play a critical role in translating complex AI behaviors—such as automated reviews, rule-based decisions, explainability, and auditability—into intuitive, secure, and enterprise‑grade user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

AI‑Native Frontend Development

Design and develop Angular-based frontend applications that consume and visualize AI‑driven decisions and agentic workflows

Build AI‑aware UI patterns for:

Explainable AI outcomes

Compliance reviews and approvals

Metadata-driven content routing

Decision traceability and audit views

Translate AI and compliance requirements into intuitive, usable frontend experiences

Architecture & Engineering Leadership

Lead frontend architecture decisions and establish best practices for AI‑native applications

Design scalable UI architectures aligned with microservices and AI orchestration backends

Ensure maintainability, reusability, and performance across complex Angular applications

Drive frontend standards for state management, API integration, and error handling

Integration with Agentic AI Systems

Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineers to integrate frontend applications with:

Agentic AI pipelines

Internal AI platforms (e.g., NASH)

External AI services (Azure AI, AWS AI)

Consume APIs that aggregate business rules, compliance signals, and AI decisions

Support context enrichment and decision visualization in real time

Performance, Security & Quality

Optimize frontend applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability

Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and accessibility (WCAG)

Apply frontend security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, XSS/CSRF prevention)

Implement and enforce testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e)

Collaboration & Mentorship

Partner with UX/UI designers, product managers, AI engineers, and compliance teams

Mentor junior and mid‑level frontend engineers

Conduct code reviews and promote engineering excellence

Act as a frontend thought leader in AI‑native application design

Required Qualifications and Experience

10+ years of experience in software development with strong focus on frontend engineering

5+ years of hands‑on experience with Angular (Angular 10+)

Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Strong experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services

Solid understanding of state management (NgRx, Akita, or similar)

Experience building complex, data‑driven enterprise web applications

Strong knowledge of frontend architecture patterns and best practices

Proficiency with Git and modern build tools (Angular CLI, Webpack, Vite)

Preferred Skills and Technologies

Experience building AI‑native UX or applications consuming AI/ML outputs

Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and AI orchestration concepts

Experience with backend platforms (Node.js, Java, .NET) for effective collaboration

Knowledge of microservices and API‑driven architectures

UI component libraries: Angular Material, PrimeNG, or similar

Testing frameworks: Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Cypress

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Exposure to monitoring, analytics, and observability tools
