This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Back-end .NET Sênior based in Brazil.

As a Senior Back-end .NET Developer, you will build and evolve high-availability APIs and services powering digital promotions, sweepstakes, incentive campaigns, and cashback operations. You will work on solutions supporting multiple clients, particularly within the financial services sector. The role combines modern .NET development with legacy system maintenance, domain-driven design, integrations, and secure software engineering. You will contribute to scalable and reliable architectures while working with cloud, messaging, caching, and container technologies. Security and performance are central to the role, including practices aligned with PCI requirements. You will join a fully remote, collaborative environment that values technical learning, transparency, autonomy, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain high-availability back-end APIs and services using C# and .NET Core 8+.
• Maintain and make targeted improvements to legacy components built with .NET Framework 4.8 and ASP.NET.
• Implement business rules following Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and sound software architecture practices.
• Design and develop integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with SQL Server, including stored procedures and efficient data-access practices using Dapper.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in collaboration with the development team while maintaining expected service-quality standards.
• Apply secure coding practices and security standards relevant to the payment-card industry, including PCI requirements.
• Contribute to solutions involving RabbitMQ, GCP Cloud Tasks, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Support performance optimization, particularly for SQL queries and data-intensive operations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, actively contributing to technical decisions and continuous improvements.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven professional experience developing with C# and modern .NET Core.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and applying domain-oriented architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience with Dapper and SQL Server, including stored procedures and SQL query optimization.
• Experience using Git and Azure DevOps for source control and development workflows.
• Solid understanding of application security, including JWT, OAuth2, secure coding practices, and OWASP fundamentals.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and Cloud Tasks on GCP.
• Experience implementing or working with Redis and caching strategies.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes and familiarity with cloud environments such as GCP or AWS.
• Understanding of mTLS and Message-Level Encryption (MLE) concepts.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate incidents and resolve technical problems effectively.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Familiarity with front-end development and SPA concepts is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, autonomy, and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
