We are looking for Fullstack Developer who wants to learn and transform his career.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Full Stack Expert developer, self-driven, and self-learning professional to support critical automation initiatives within the Defense Center, with a strong focus on incident automation, workflow orchestration, and Jira backend enablement.

This role requires a unique combination of technical depth and process thinking. The individual must be able to design and implement automation end-to-end, translating complex operational needs into scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve response efficiency.

Given the nature of the work — highly integrated, security‑sensitive, and operationally critical — we need someone who can operate with high autonomy, quickly learn the environment, and continuously evolve the solution without heavy supervision or external dependency.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend tooling
• Expertise in API integration using Next.js API routes and Node.js
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
• Experience working with Git in collaborative environments
• Experience with serverless frameworks (e.g., AWS Lambda)
• Familiarity with deploying applications to AWS
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Unit Test development (e.g., Jest, Mocha)
• Fluent in English
• Live near São José dos Campos is a Plus

Desirable Skills:

• Experience integrating or developing AI solutions
• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Experience using observability tools (e.g., New Relic)
• Experience with the configuration of API proxies (e.g., AWS API Gateway, Google Apigee)
• Experience on Figma prototypes
• Experience with database services, including Postgres and Databricks
