We are looking for a full-time, remote DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of professional experience to work with our U.S. client.

The ideal candidate has a strong DevOps foundation across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and observability, along with professional experience supporting a company or product where AI/ML is a core part of the product offering.

This is primarily a DevOps role, not a dedicated MLOps position. However, you will work in an AI-driven environment and collaborate with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams. This is a great opportunity for a DevOps Engineer who wants to deepen their exposure to AI infrastructure and grow toward MLOps.

You will help improve infrastructure reliability and visibility, optimize AWS and Snowflake environments, and ensure deployment processes are scalable, observable, and reliable.

Our client is the leading Cultural Intelligence Platform supporting over 250 of the most iconic U.S. brands. Their platform combines data, insights, and AI-powered products to help brands better understand, engage, and target consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and improve scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes
  • Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
  • Manage infrastructure as code and automate operational processes
  • Improve application and infrastructure monitoring, observability, and alerting using tools such as Datadog and AWS CloudWatch
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues, environment discrepancies, and infrastructure performance problems
  • Optimize cloud costs and resource allocation across AWS and Snowflake
  • Support infrastructure and deployment needs for AI/ML-powered products and workloads
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and AI/ML teams to improve deployment reliability and operational processes
  • Support and progressively contribute to MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and observability
  • Write technical documentation for infrastructure, security protocols, and deployment workflows

Required Experience

  • Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
  • 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or SRE
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools
  • Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools
  • Professional experience working for a company or product where AI/ML is part of the core product offering
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work collaboratively across engineering teams

Desired Experience

  • Experience collaborating directly with Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, or Data Engineering teams
  • Familiarity with MLOps concepts, including model deployment, monitoring, and observability
  • Interest in developing deeper expertise in MLOps and AI infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and data pipelines
  • Experience with Python, Bash, or Node.js scripting
  • Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar CI/CD tools
  • Experience with Datadog and/or AWS CloudWatch
  • Exposure to LLM or GenAI applications and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements

Additional Information

  • Knowing your ideas are heard and matter; think big!
  • You get to own your job and be recognized for your contributions
  • Work with smart and creative people
  • Making mistakes is human. Let's learn from them. Be transparent!
  • We recognize you as an individual no presumptions or judgment. Be the extraordinary you!
  • 15 days Paid Time Off (PTO), 1 floating day, 3 sick days, and designated national holidays
  • Start: ASAP
