DevOps Support Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps / Technology Operations Engineer who wants to learn and transform his/her career.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in DevOps, TechOps, or Production Support roles for complex systems.

• Advanced to Fluent English proficiency.

• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills and scripting experience with Python. • Hands-on exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

• Understanding of distributed systems and high availability architectures.

• Strong understanding of incident, problem, change, and release management.

• Experience working in regulated or mission-critical environments (e.g., exchanges, financial markets).

• Familiarity with exchange operational models and comfortable supporting multi-time zone operations, particularly LATAM trading hours.

• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive during production incidents.

Nice to Have:

• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.

• Experience in capital markets or market infrastructure domains.

• Familiarity with DevOps/release practices, environment management, and operational readiness/cutover planning.

• Comfort working with contractual KPIs/SLAs and supporting service review cadences.

• Prior experience working embedded at a customer site or supporting exchange migrations/market launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated, customer-embedded production and operational support for LATAM market infrastructure platforms (focusing on A5X and CVSA deployments).

• Ensure production stability, operational readiness, and delivery predictability in live exchange environments.

• Act as the front-line technical and operational interface between customers, engineering teams, and global support functions.

• Execute L1/L2 Production Support, Incident Response, and RCA coordination.

• Manage monitoring and operational readiness.

• Execute releases and changes safely in production environments.

• Drive automation, operational tooling, customer engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Certifications:

• Relevant DevOps, Cloud, or ITIL certifications.
