We are looking for a Senior Flutter Mobile Developer to design, develop, and evolve high-quality mobile applications.

The role focuses on building scalable, performant, and user-centered solutions using modern mobile development practices.

You will work closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.

The position requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to contribute to architectural decisions.

Accountabilities

The role involves developing and maintaining mobile applications while ensuring technical excellence, performance, and scalability. The ideal professional will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from implementation to continuous improvement, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable digital solutions.

• Develop mobile applications using Flutter, implementing features according to functional and technical requirements.
• Integrate mobile applications with APIs and backend services, ensuring performance, stability, and a smooth user experience.
• Apply software engineering best practices related to usability, security, performance, and code quality.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, technical reviews, and established development standards.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to define and evolve solutions.
• Maintain and continuously improve applications, focusing on scalability and long-term sustainability.
• Identify and solve technical challenges, contributing to stable and high-quality deliveries.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mobile development, excellent engineering practices, and the ability to work independently in complex technical environments.

• Solid experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Experience designing, developing, maintaining, and evolving medium to high-complexity mobile applications.
• Experience integrating native Android and iOS features and resources.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, code quality, and mobile application architecture.
• Experience with unit testing and quality assurance strategies.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance applications focused on user experience.
• Ability to work with technical autonomy, supporting architectural decisions and solving complex problems.
• Familiarity with agile environments and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, code versioning, and CI/CD pipelines.
