Front-End Developer

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and enhance software solutions that align with user needs and product objectives.
• Build and maintain high-quality front-end applications using modern development practices and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability, performance, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting website and web application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and intuitive digital experiences.
• Contribute ideas and technical improvements to enhance development processes and product quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Front-End Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Experience building modern web applications with a focus on performance, usability, and scalability.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress.
• Ability to participate effectively in technical discussions and collaborate within development teams.
• Interest and ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
• Basic understanding of backend development concepts or backend programming languages is considered a plus.
