Frontend Developer (React)

Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance modern web applications using React and related frontend technologies.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and technical leadership to deliver new product features and improvements.
• Participate in application architecture design and contribute to technical decision-making processes.
• Select, evaluate, and implement appropriate tools, frameworks, and development practices to support project goals.
• Perform code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop responsive, interactive, and optimized user interfaces that provide an excellent user experience.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services through RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Contribute to support activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across existing applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for version control, testing, deployment, and CI/CD workflows.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience developing web applications.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with React.js in production environments.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and functional programming principles.
• Experience building interactive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Proficiency with Redux, Flux, or similar state management solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of CSS, styling methodologies, frontend optimization, and browser rendering processes.
• Experience using Git-based version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Strong experience with React Hooks and TypeScript-based application architectures.
• Understanding of REST APIs, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and frontend-backend integration.
• Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript standards, including ES6, ES7, and ES8.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, tools, and deployment workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative communication skills.
• Experience with high-load applications, Node.js, Docker, Linux environments, distributed systems, SOLID principles, or Bash scripting would be considered an advantage.
