Accountabilities

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving modern web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The role requires strong technical ownership, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

• Lead the design and implementation of modern web applications with a strong focus on user-facing experiences.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions using modern web technologies.
• Analyze application code and execution processes to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvements.
• Participate in software design discussions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define effective technical solutions.
• Partner with product and design teams to transform user experience concepts into functional applications.
• Promote engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, reviews, source control, and deployment standards.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the development team.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives.
• Participate throughout the complete development lifecycle, from design and development to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong full stack development experience, a solid understanding of modern software engineering practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments.

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with modern web development technologies, especially React and TypeScript.
• Experience developing full stack applications and working with cloud-based software solutions.
• Proven experience within commercial SaaS environments.
• Experience leading software design sessions and contributing to technical decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX designers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including development, unit testing, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience working with Scrum or other agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
• Strong attention to detail, user-focused mindset, and passion for creating excellent software experiences.
