Full Stack Engineer

WorkInternal is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to design and build internal platforms, client systems, dashboards, automations, and operational software.

You will own projects end-to-end, from architecture and UI implementation to deployment and ongoing iteration. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly, and solve problems independently.

What You'll Work On

• Internal tools and operational platforms
• Client portals and dashboards
• Billing and workflow systems
• AI-assisted workflows and automations
• Stripe-powered payment systems
• Integrations with third-party platforms and APIs based on client needs
• Modern React / Next.js applications

Requirements

• Strong experience with React and Next.js
• Comfortable owning full-stack web application development end-to-end
• Good understanding of security fundamentals and secure application design
• Experience handling payments and billing flows with Stripe
• Experience integrating external APIs and business systems
• Familiarity with shadcn/ui and modern frontend patterns
• Able to work with or quickly figure out:
• Vercel
• PlanetScale
• MySQL
• Stripe
• Turborepo
• Strong communication and soft skills
• Ability to independently research and solve problems

Nice to Have

• Experience building internal tools or B2B software
• Familiarity with AI APIs and workflow automation
• Experience designing scalable application architecture
• Strong product intuition and UX judgment
