Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

We’re building e-commerce, fintech, healthcare and AI-driven products and looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with the founder, product manager, designer and QA team in a hands-on role that suits someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to make a real impact in a small, ambitious team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end web applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
• Own the full development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable code and help define best practices.
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs and propose efficient solutions.
• Communicate clearly and proactively in a distributed team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer (ideally in startups or small teams).
• Strong skills in React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with API integrations and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, Git, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1).
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.

• Experience with AI-related products or APIs.
• Knowledge of TypeScript or other modern frameworks.
• Interest in product thinking and user experience.
