Master Full Stack Developer (Python + React)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Master Full Stack Developer (Python + React) based in Brazil.

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain end-to-end solutions for an enterprise cloud platform. In this role, you will transform product requirements into robust technical designs and production-ready software, combining Python backend development with modern React interfaces. You will take ownership of features across APIs, integrations, and complex business workflows while helping ensure platform reliability and performance. Working in a cloud-based, collaborative environment, you will contribute to architectural decisions and promote engineering excellence. AI tools will be an integral part of your daily workflow, helping accelerate development while requiring sound judgment and careful validation. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering reliable, maintainable software.

Accountabilities

• Partner with product stakeholders to understand business requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver functional, production-ready software.
• Develop backend services using Python and build responsive, accessible frontend applications with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs, data contracts, and integrations with external systems.
• Build resilient distributed systems using asynchronous processing, message queues, workflow orchestration, retries, and fault-tolerance patterns.
• Contribute to reusable frontend components, shared design systems, and Storybook documentation to improve consistency and maintainability.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Temporal, Docker, AWS Bedrock, and API Gateway to support application functionality and integrations.
• Write automated tests, including frontend testing with Playwright, and ensure solutions meet accessibility and quality standards.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production and development issues, maintaining application stability and reliability.
• Improve application observability using OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or similar tools to support monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and deployment workflows using Terraform, GitHub Actions, and version control best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, share technical knowledge, and help establish engineering standards across the team.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate solution design, coding, and troubleshooting while reviewing generated output, correcting issues, and maintaining accountability for quality and security.
  
  

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and product stakeholders.
• Extensive hands-on production experience across both backend and frontend development, with the ability to independently design and deliver end-to-end features.
• Strong Python development skills, including experience building production services and REST APIs.
• Experience with Docker, API Gateway, PostgreSQL, and integrating services within enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, message queues, and workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or equivalent solutions.
• Strong frontend development skills with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML/CSS, responsive design, and REST API integration.
• Familiarity with Storybook, frontend testing frameworks such as Playwright, Git, and reusable design systems.
• Knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure automation practices.
• Ability to translate product requirements into clear technical designs and working software.
• Understanding of distributed systems, resilience patterns, and authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, OIDC, SSO, and RBAC.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues, resolve bugs, maintain accessible interfaces, and communicate technical decisions clearly.
• Comfort using AI tools as a core part of the development workflow, with the ability to validate results, identify limitations, and take ownership of the final implementation.
• Nice to have: Experience with AI and LLM integrations, enterprise SaaS platforms, Jest or Cypress, large-scale design systems, cloud-based frontend deployments, and mentoring other developers.
