Accountabilities

The Mid-Level iOS Developer with AI focus will be responsible for developing and improving mobile applications while applying AI-powered development approaches. The role requires strong mobile engineering skills, attention to code quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively in agile and multidisciplinary teams.

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for a SuperApp environment, ensuring high-quality delivery of assigned features.
• Apply AI-driven development practices and use intelligent agents to optimize software development workflows.
• Work with Spec-Driven Development (SDD), Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs to improve development efficiency.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.
• Use DevOps and project management tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
• Solve technical challenges independently while adapting to changing project requirements.
• Contribute to the evolution and modernization of mobile platforms, improving user experiences and application performance.
  
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a mobile developer with experience building applications and interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to software engineering processes. They should have strong technical foundations, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate in complex technology environments.

• Solid experience in mobile development, especially iOS or Android platforms.
• Experience with Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI for iOS development, or Kotlin for Android development.
• Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and AI agents applied to development workflows.
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD), Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs is highly valued.
• Experience with multi-repository development environments using Cocoapods or SPM.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Familiarity with backend development in Java is considered a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud environments.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD tools, and software quality practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
