This role focuses on enhancing our self-service reporting capabilities within Visier and establishing the robust data foundations that allow our analytics team to deliver accurate, high-impact insights. As a Senior People Analytics, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate those requirements into technical specifications, and build scalable solutions within our analytics infrastructure. You will be an integral part of the People team, serving as a primary resource for data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integration: Develop and maintain secure data pipelines between People systems and Snowflake, prioritizing data privacy and confidentiality.
• Infrastructure Development: Design and scale data assets to ensure a reliable and accessible foundation for people analytics.
• Innovation: Utilize modern technologies, including LLMs and advanced data engineering techniques, to build forward-thinking analytics solutions.
• Data Modeling: Construct and manage data models within Visier to support sophisticated reporting.
• Visualization: Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and visualizations that empower users to find answers independently.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with partners across the business to identify and integrate new data points into our reporting ecosystem.
• Knowledge Sharing: Create clear documentation and guides to ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to interpret.
• Advocacy: Promote the use of data tools across the company, providing demonstrations and support to increase data literacy.
• Analytical Support: Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

Essential Technical Skills

• SQL (Intermediate+): Deep proficiency is required to navigate and manage our Snowflake data warehouse. You should be comfortable writing complex queries to extract and manipulate large datasets.
• Python (Intermediate): This is a daily-use tool for you. You must have proven experience using Python to manage API connections and automate data ingestion workflows.
• Data Modeling: A strong mental framework for turning unstructured "noise" into structured, scalable data models.
• BI Tooling: Mandatory hands-on experience with at least one major platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio).
• Advanced/fluent English
  
  

Desired Skills & "Nice-to-Haves"

• Visier: Previous experience with Visier is a significant advantage, though we recognize this is rare in the local market.
• People Data Context: Experience working with HR/People domains (Reward, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services) is a plus but not required if your technical logic is sound.

• Salary range for this role is between 15.000BRL and 21.000BRL
