Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve web applications and backend services using Python.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies.
• Create and maintain automation scripts and support RPA initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Write and execute automated tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Work with relational databases, applying SQL queries and ensuring efficient data management.
• Participate in code reviews, Git workflows, and collaborative development practices.
• Contribute to technical discussions, sprint planning, and alignment meetings with the development team.
• Follow engineering best practices, including clean code principles, documentation, and version control.
  
  

Requirements

• Solid experience in software development using Python in production environments.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining REST APIs (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, concurrency, or task queues is a plus.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Exposure to PostgreSQL and modern backend architectures is desirable.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar) is a plus.
• Interest or experience in Generative AI, LLMs, or agent-based systems is a strong differentiator.
• Strong analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and ability to work in collaborative environments.
