Python Developer at BairesDev

As a Python Developer, you will design and build robust backend services and APIs to power core product functionality. You will take end-to-end ownership of systems, ensuring that server-side logic is scalable, reliable, and optimized for high performance across distributed environments.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.

- Build and optimize database schemas and complex queries using PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and performance.

- Architect and deploy scalable infrastructure and serverless solutions within AWS environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and integrated solutions.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to improve system reliability and observability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in peer reviews to uphold high engineering standards.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Backend development.

- Proven expertise in developing backend services and APIs using Python.

- Proficiency in designing and managing relational databases using PostgreSQL.

- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services on AWS.

- Strong background in optimizing backend systems for reliability and performance.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
