Hello, our name is Customertimes, but you can call us CT. We are a global digital engineering, product development, and technology consulting company. Headquartered in New York, we have a team of 1000+ experts working across 65+ countries.

About this job:

We are looking for a Middle and Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce team and support a long-term project for a leading US university in the Higher Education industry. The project focuses on the evolution and support of the university's Salesforce environment as it transitions toward a Managed Services model. You will work on Salesforce development, platform enhancements, integrations, and backlog items, collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, and the client's team.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Hybrid work may become available if the company opens an office in São Paulo

How you'll make an impact:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements;
  • Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems;
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs;
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and customizations;
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft);
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and security best practices;
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and evaluate the applicability of new features to ongoing projects;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions;
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices;
  • Encourage the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required;
  • Proven experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration;
  • Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs;
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices;
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits;
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

You are a star if you have:

  • Experience working on Salesforce projects in the nonprofit, NGO, charity, or fundraising space;
  • Familiarity with donor management, donations, fundraising, grants, or similar processes;
  • Experience with US-based clients;
  • Availability to work with teams and clients in the EST time zone.

What we offer you as a CTzen:

We call ourselves CTzens — a combination of the company's name and the word "citizen." This concept reflects who we are as coworkers and as people. Join our team and enjoy the perks that come with it:

  • Competitive compensation and long-term career opportunities;
  • Take time to recharge — 15 working days of paid vacation and 5 additional paid sick days;
  • Annual medical insurance reimbursement after the trial period (up to 500 USD gross);
  • Up to 10 paid public holidays each year;
  • Learn, explore, and expand your expertise with access to the Udemy learning platform, language courses, and internal training programs, plus clear career tracks, mentorship, and a personal development plan;
  • Business travel reimbursement in line with company policy;
  • Get recognized for your impact — earn CT points and exchange them for awesome merch.

If you're looking to contribute to global projects, grow your skills, shape the way you work, and be part of a connected international community — Customertimes is the place to build your next career chapter. Are you ready to spark the tech with us?
