Must Have Skills

● Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and related Salesforce technologies.

● Develop responsive, mobile-optimized Lightning Web Components and user experiences for the Salesforce mobile application.

● Build solutions that improve usability and efficiency for mobile and field users across the organization.

● Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Databricks, Azure middleware platforms, and other enterprise systems.

● Design, consume, and support Salesforce APIs including REST, SOAP, Bulk API, and Streaming APIs.

● Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueables, and asynchronous processing solutions.

● Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, custom development, data quality, mobile functionality, and system performance.

● Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and release management processes.

● Follow Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, mobile responsiveness, and maintainability.

● Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements to the Salesforce platform and integration architecture.

● Stay current on Salesforce platform releases, mobile development best practices, integration technologies, and emerging Salesforce capabilities."

"● 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.

● Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).

● Experience developing and optimizing solutions for the Salesforce mobile application.

● Advanced Apex development experience including triggers, classes, batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.

● Experience working with Salesforce APIs including REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API, and Streaming API.

● Experience integrating Salesforce with Databricks and Azure middleware technologies.

● Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, security model, and data structures.

● Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development principles.

● Experience with source control and deployment tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset.

● Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
