Drive Enterprise Reporting and Data Analytics

We are looking for an experienced professional to design, develop, and enhance enterprise reporting solutions while partnering with business teams, technical stakeholders, and leadership to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality data solutions.

This role combines technical expertise in SQL and reporting technologies with strong business analysis skills, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy transforming business requirements into actionable insights.

The Professional We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-focused professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, developing complex SQL queries, building reporting solutions, documenting business requirements, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

You Will Be Responsible For

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using SSRS and/or Power BI.
• Design advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database environments.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, functional specifications, and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Validate data quality, testing results, and reporting accuracy.
• Support technical teams in understanding business rules and data flows.
• Contribute to project estimates, implementation planning, and delivery schedules.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.

Education

✔ Bachelor's Degree In

• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Software Engineering

Mandatory Experience

• Fluent English.
• Strong experience with SQL development.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise reporting solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle Database.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and/or Power BI.
• Ability to develop complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Knowledge of enterprise data models and data flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
