Senior Front-End Developer (React)

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with React expertise to build responsive, accessible web applications while embedding GenAI into daily delivery through automation, research, and reusable workflows. Responsibilities

• Design highly responsive, user-friendly web applications
• Architect reusable libraries and UI frameworks that scale and perform well
• Build accessible, cohesive user interfaces in partnership with product, design, and backend peers
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into production-quality React code and provide design feedback
• Mentor junior developers on best practices, standards, and career growth
• Lead code reviews to maintain quality and accelerate team learning
• Analyze application performance and optimize load time and runtime interactions
• Debug complex issues and ensure cross-browser and cross-device stability
• Implement unit and end-to-end testing to reduce regressions and increase reliability
• Coordinate with QA to identify issues early and resolve defects before releases
• Adopt GenAI tools to automate routine work, accelerate analysis, and improve delivery workflows
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and introducing modern frontend practices
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development with modern web applications
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and React in production environments
• Proven code review experience with clear, constructive feedback
• Solid UI engineering skills translating UI/UX designs into high-quality code
• Strong testing skills with unit testing and end-to-end testing practices
• Strong performance optimization skills for fast load times and smooth interactions
• Strong debugging skills across browsers and devices for complex issues
• Working knowledge of Generative AI fundamentals and practical GenAI tool usage
• Strong prompt engineering skills for multi-step instructions and iterative refinement
• Strong AI safety awareness, including hallucination risks and data sensitivity boundaries
• Strong collaboration skills working with product, design, backend, and QA partners
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
  
  

• AI security fundamentals, including prompt injection risk and safe data handling
• Cybersecurity & Trust domain awareness for building secure user experiences
• Gen AI application development experience integrating GenAI into product features
• Gen AI in SDLC experience creating reusable prompts, agents, or automation workflows
