About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level or Senior Frontend Developer with at least four years of professional experience to design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications.

You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other engineers to deliver responsive, accessible, and engaging user experiences. You will also contribute to technical decisions, code quality, application architecture, and the continuous improvement of our frontend development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and evolve responsive web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Translate UX/UI designs and product requirements into polished, pixel-accurate user interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, WebSockets, and other backend services.
• Build reusable components and scalable frontend architecture.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, modular, maintainable, and testable code following established engineering best practices.
• Create and maintain automated tests to improve product stability and development confidence.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Identify technical risks, propose improvements, and help reduce technical debt.
• Contribute to the improvement of development workflows, documentation, and engineering standards.
• Stay informed about relevant frontend technologies, tools, and industry practices.

Required Qualifications:

• At least four years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Professional experience with React.js.
• Experience with state management solutions such as MobX, Redux, or Zustand.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based services.
• Experience building responsive and accessible web interfaces.
• Experience with Canvas manipulation libraries such as Fabric.js or Konva.js.
• Understanding of component-based architecture, software design principles, and frontendperformance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative version-control workflows.
• Ability to write maintainable, reusable, and testable code.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing applications that use real-time data, events, messaging, collaborative editing, streaming updates, or low-latency communication.
• Experience with Yjs or similar CRDT-based technologies for building real-time synchronization and collaborative experiences.
• Experience designing or maintaining real-time frontend systems using technologies such as WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, or event-driven architectures.
• Experience with frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices for modern web applications.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to suggest usability and design improvements.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting frontend applications using observability or error-tracking tools.
• Familiarity with frontend security practices, including secure authentication flows, input validation, and common browser security concerns.
• Experience working with design systems or shared component libraries.
• Experience mentoring developers or contributing to technical leadership is a plus for senior candidates.
