Senior Full Stack Software Engineer | React, Next.js & NestJS

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join an international team responsible for evolving a large-scale SaaS product used by thousands of users.

You'll work in a collaborative environment where software engineering, product thinking, and communication go hand in hand. Beyond building features, we're looking for someone who is curious about the business context, actively contributes to technical discussions, and helps drive continuous product improvement.

What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance frontend features using React and Next.js.
• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using NestJS.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions conducted in English.
• Integrate applications and APIs following best practices for quality, security, and performance.
• Deploy and operate applications in AWS environments.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools.
• Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity while ensuring code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with the team by proposing improvements and understanding the business impact of technical solutions.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Advanced English communication skills for daily collaboration.
• Professional experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React and/or Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, NestJS, and/or Python.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of AWS services.
• Experience with Git, pull requests, and code review practices.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience using AI tools to support software development.

• Experience building or maintaining SaaS products.
• Experience working with international or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures or messaging systems.
• Experience integrating applications with AI services (LLMs, RAG, or AI agents).
• Experience with observability practices, including logging, metrics, and monitoring.
