Senior Fullstack Python Developer

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Python Developer to join our engineering team. You'll work across the stack — from Python-based backend services to modern JavaScript frontends — designing and shipping features our customers rely on every day. This is a high-ownership role: you'll help shape technical direction, and will work closely with our client.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL) that power our core products
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define and ship new features
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code, and actively participate in code review
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and help raise the technical bar across the team
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical roadmap planning, and engineering best practices
• Help improve CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and developer tooling
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Python
• Proven experience with at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Solid frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL, plus experience with an ORM (e.g., Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)
• Comfort with Git and collaborative development workflows (pull requests, code review, CI/CD)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, testing, and system design
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
