Senior Software Developer – .NET & Blazor | About You

As a Senior Software Developer – .NET & Blazor, you will design, develop, modernize, and support scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Blazor, and Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with architects, product owners, engineering, and QA teams to modernize existing applications, evaluate technology upgrades, and deliver secure, production-ready software. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong .NET expertise, modern front-end development experience, and the ability to independently analyze complex technical challenges and translate high-level requirements into reliable solutions.

Senior Software Developer – .NET & Blazor | Day-to-Day

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, and Blazor.
• Analyze existing applications and codebases, develop migration and modernization plans, and implement technology stack upgrades using current .NET technologies.
• Develop modern, component-based user interfaces using Blazor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web development standards.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, QA teams, and engineering leadership to translate requirements into technical solutions and production-ready deliverables.
• Develop and integrate backend services, databases, and APIs while performing unit testing, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions, evaluate development tools and technologies, and document reusable patterns, standards, processes, and technical recommendations.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum delivery environment to independently execute user stories and technical tasks, ensuring high-quality, tested, production-ready functionality at the end of each sprint.

Senior Software Developer – .NET & Blazor | Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on software development experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core, including recent versions of the .NET framework; strong .NET proficiency is required.
• Hands-on experience with Blazor and modern component-based front-end development, with exposure to current .NET/Blazor technologies strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, database-driven applications, backend business logic, unit testing, and enterprise application development.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful web services, and modern web application development standards, with an understanding of application performance, scalability, and security.
• Strong technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly understand existing systems and independently drive solutions.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies is valued, along with willingness to complete required HIPAA/compliance training.
