Site Realiability Engineer

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who wants to learn and transform his/her career.

Requirements:

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, DevOps, TechOps, or production support for complex distributed applications.

• Strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with scripting and automation using Python and/or Shell.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, deployment tools, configuration management, and observability platforms.

• Strong understanding of incident, change, release, performance, capacity, dependency, and service reliability management.

• Experience supporting regulated, mission-critical, or high-availability applications.

• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently with global and multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to Have:

• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.

• Experience in trading, clearing, risk, surveillance, market data, capital markets, or market infrastructure.

• Familiarity with SRE practices, including SLI/SLOs, reliability reviews, and automation-led improvements.

• Experience with customer-embedded support, operational analytics, exchange migrations, market launches, or regulatory-driven changes.

• Experience supporting LATAM or multi-time-zone operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 production support and reliability oversight for customer-hosted applications.

• Lead incident response, service recovery, and root cause analysis activities.

• Improve observability across logs, metrics, traces, alerts, and dashboards.

• Support releases, hotfixes, patches, and configuration changes, ensuring deployment validation and rollback readiness.

• Develop automation, health checks, recovery procedures, and operational controls.

• Analyze telemetry, service trends, and performance indicators to identify bottlenecks and reliability risks.

• Provide insights related to capacity, latency, throughput, performance, and dependencies.

• Communicate clearly during incidents, service reviews, releases, and operational activities.

• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, service maps, dashboards, and operational documentation.

• Coordinate corrective actions and reliability improvements with engineering, infrastructure, operations, and customer teams.

Preferred Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Linux, or IT Service Management are considered a plus.
